Getting Started:
Before camp even begins, we make sure your family feels informed, comfortable, and excited.
Division Leader Communication:
Your camper’s Division Leader will connect with you before the season starts to introduce themselves, share helpful information, and answer any questions. They are your go-to resource for anything you need during camp. All the Division Leaders are educators who work in the school system.
One of our Directors will also reach out with important updates, reminders, and a warm welcome to the season. You’ll always know what to expect and how to prepare for a great summer.
Closer to camp: Let’s Connect:
As summer approaches, we invite you to get a feel for camp in a relaxed and fun way.
Come Hang Out at Camp:
We’d love for your camper to visit before the first day! Families can schedule a playdate at camp so your child can explore, meet new friends, and start feeling at home.
Camp Gear:
Each camper will receive a camp backpack before their first day and camp t-shirt on Picture Day.
Please note: Campers in our Trip Program will receive their shirt on their first trip day.
Spring Into Summer: Open House:
Before the season kicks off, join us for our Spring into Summer Open House!
This is a great opportunity for families to tour camp, meet our team, and get excited for the summer ahead. This is always the day before camp and a free event for the whole family to enjoy!
Meet & Greets:
We host Meet & Greet events so your camper can connect with:
These events help ease first-day nerves and build excitement by putting familiar faces to names before camp begins.
Camp Essentials:
We want every camper to feel like part of the community right away.
A Day-in-the-life at Eagle’s Landing:
Every day at camp is a little different—and that’s part of what makes it so exciting! Schedules can vary depending on age group, weather, and special events, but each day is thoughtfully structured to balance fun, variety, and meaningful experiences.
Morning Arrival & Welcome:
Campers arrive, are greeted by their counselors, and ease into the day with friends and morning energy.
Morning Snack:
A quick break to refuel and recharge before jumping into activities.
Morning Gathering (Mon/Wed/Fri):
Three times a week, the entire camp comes together for high-energy fun—songs, cheers, performances, and building that unforgettable camp spirit.
Activity Periods (9 Total!):
Campers move through 9 activity periods, each about 40 minutes long, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide range of activities without ever feeling bored or stuck in one place too long.
Throughout the day, campers rotate through a variety of activities such as:
• Sports
• Performing Arts, Arts & Crafts, and Makerspace
• Nature and Science
• Adventure Course , Ropes , and Go-Karts
Each period is designed to keep campers engaged, active, and trying new things! Our educators incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL) to help kids connect to one another and to work through any issues that may pop up.
